Ariane Silva

Profile

Ariane Franco Lopes da Silva is an Associate Professor (Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul / BR) and holds a PhD in Education (University of Cambridge/UK) and a Master Degree in Education (University of Cambridge/UK). She is the Coordinator of the Research Group Body, Movement and Representations (UFFS) and a Research Member of the Centre of Studies in Social Representations (CIERS–ed – FCC/SP). She holds a Post-Doc from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP). She is also a trained ballet dancer (Escola de Bailado do Teatro Municipal de São Paulo/BR and Central School of Ballet/UK).
