Carlos Peixoto holds a PhD in Psychology from University of Porto (Portugal). He is a forensic psychologist in the Northern Branch of the Portuguese National Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences Institute (INMLCF, I.P.), an integrated researcher at the Research Centre for Human Development of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and an Invited Assistant Professor at the University of Porto Abel Salazar Biomedical Sciences Institute (ICBAS). Carlos is also author and co-author of several scientific publications (papers in peer-review journals, books and book chapters) in subjects related to the field of Forensic Psychology, such as forensic psychological assessment, credibility assessment, and children and adults forensic interview.
