Filipa Sobral is an Assistant Professor at Faculdade de Educação e Psicologia, Universidade Católica Portuguesa (FEP-UCP). In addition, coordinates the Master in Psychology and Human Resources Development at the same institution. She concluded her European PhD in Psychology of Human Resources, Work and Organizations, in December of 2015, at Faculdade de Psicologia, Universidade de Lisboa (FP-UL). She also has a Masters Degree in Policies and Development of Human Resources and a degree in Sociology from Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (ISCTE-IUL).

She is an integrated researcher and a member of the Board of Directors at CEDH and is a collaborator researcher at Centro de Investigação em Ciência Psicológica, FP-UL.
