Patrícia Oliveira-Silva, the assistant professor in the FEP-UCP and director of the Human Neurobehavioral Laboratory (HNL), is a co-author of a scientific article published in the journal Psychology & Neuroscience, entitled "Is the Relationship Between Mind Wandering and Attention Culture-specific?". The study aimed to explore how cultural factors influence the functioning of attention systems, namely the Mind Wandering and attentional concentration systems, comparing Portuguese participants with Brazilian participants.
