CEDH's researcher Eduardo Oliveira participated as Keynote Speaker on the "IV Simpósio sobre Formação e Desenvolvimento Organizacional" that took place at the University of Minho, in Braga, in February 1^st and 2^nd, 2018. In this event, organized by the School of Psychology and the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho, Eduardo Oliveira focused his talk on the challenges of age management in organizations.
