CEDH's researcher Eduardo Oliveira in co-authorship with Carlos Cabral-Cardoso (Faculty of Economics, University of Porto) published an article in the Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary and Applied, entitled “Buffers or Boosters? The Role of HRM Practices in Older Workers' Experience of Stereotype Threat”. This article discusses the role played by different human resource management practices in the older workers’ stigmatization process and highlights recommendations for the successful inclusion of this workforce segment.
