Filipa Sobral, FEP's professor and CEDH's researcher, is co-author of the article entitled “Grip of leaders and the psychological capital of those being led: A conceptual exploration of moderating conditions”, published in the scientific journal PSICOLOGIA. According to the main conclusions of this article: "The leader who conveys more grip to the followers is able to develop their psychological capital, but this effect is mitigated, or even annulled, if the leader is devoid of humility and does not provide social support to the followers. Distinctively, the leader stimulates the psychological capital of the followers if, in addition to spreading grip, he also expresses humility and social support to the followers."
