In the past 5th of December, the Coordinators of Project EDUGest met with the Director of Direção-Geral da Administração Escolar[1], Luísa Oliveira and the coordinator of international projects from Ministério da Educação[2], Lília Vicente, to discuss future opportunities for collaboration within the research project. At the end of this meeting, basis for creation of an observatory of school leadership in Portugal were defined. Moreover, a collection of Portuguese teachers’ responses to Principal Instructional Leadership Scale (assessing Principals Leadership) was also established as an immediate action. Possible training and development for School Principals and Supervisors were also discussed.
