On October 30th, CEDH researchers Catarina Ribeiro, Carmo Carvalho, Mariana Barbosa and Raquel Matos had a meeting with Hugo Morales and Cecília Chau, from the research group on "Drugs, Security and Citizenship" of the Department of Psychology - Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. At this meeting, the ongoing projects on drugs, delinquency and youth justice were presented and possibilities for future cooperation were discussed.
