Filipe Martins, researcher of CEDH's project PROMISE, presented the lecture "Aprendizagens para o desenvolvimento: reflexões críticas decorrentes da avaliação de um projeto intersectorial de educação para o desenvolvimento" at the Global Citizenship Education Thematic Panel of the III Congresso Internacional do OBSERVARE, that took place the 17th of May 2017 at the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, Portugal.

This oral communnication was prepared and presented under the scope of the project "Sinergias ED - Fortalecer a ligação entre investigação e ação na Educação para o Desenvolvimento em Portugal", in which the Center for Studies in Human Development (CEDH/FEP-UCP) is a partner member.
