Within a partnership between the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Catholic University and ADRAVE - Development Agency of the Vale do Ave, two publications will be launched under the subject of dementia and elderly care:

- "Care and Dementia in Ageing - Practical Handbook", by António Fonseca, Associate Professor of FEP and Director of CEDH;

- "Dementia in the Elderly - Theoretical Contributions, Mobilizing Skills and Intervention Strategies" written by several national authors under the coordination of António Fonseca.

Both publications are submitted during the Seminar on “Social Cohesion, Citizenship Practices and Active Ageing”, on the 9th December 2014, in Braga, Portugal.
