On the 14^th and 15^th of december 2017, CEDH's researcher Raquel Matos participated in the Workshop "Bordering: a view from Portugal", presenting the paper "Gender and Migration Control: Experiences of Foreign Women Detained in Portugal". In the same event, she also coauthored the paper "Migration-related detention in Portugal: data from the field", presented by Francesca Esposito (ISPA). Both papers reflect the work that Raquel Matos has been developing with the cooperation of SEF and ISPA in a research project about "Gender, identity and migrations control".
