Ilídia Cabral, Maria Conceição Andrade Silva, Rosário Serrão e José Matias Alves, researchers in Project EDUGest from CEDH, will be participating with an communication intitled "The effects of Principals´ leadership in generating extra effort, efficacy and satisfaction of teachers: Portuguese teachers´ perceptions" in the 10th World Conference on Educational Sciences. This Conference will take place in Prague, in February 2018, and aims to bring together different actors in the Education field for a theorical and practicl discussion about important topics.
